The 55-year-old actor piloted his own Boeing 707 from Florida with six tons of ready-to-eat military rations and medical supplies for survivors of Haiti’s devastating Jan. 12 earthquake late Monday.

Jessica Simpson is raising money to send shoes to earthquake victims in Haiti.

Simpson has teamed up with the Nashville-based organization Soles4Souls. The charity has pledged to work with other aid agencies to give out one million pairs of shoes.

Simpson is urging people to “do everything that we can for the victims in Haiti. Just five dollars will buy two people a pair of shoes.” *VIA The Associated Press*

I just can’t get enough of all the people that are doing their part to aid in the earthquake relief efforts. I just love John Travolta so much, I wish more people had his swagg. As dingy as Jessica Simpson may be, sometimes she shows that she does have a brain in that head. This is definitely a good look for her.
